Ternyata sudah sekian lama (hampir 4 bulan tepatnya) sejak posting terakhir di blog. Ah, memang dasar saya angin-anginan. Janji untuk selalu update blog ini terlupakan juga. Mohon maaf

Jadi, saya akan mulai lagi menulis (entah janji yang keberapa kali) *jedotinpala* #twitterstyle

Eh, kali ini benar-benar serius, saya ingin serius belajar menulis yang baik dan benar. Mengapa kok tiba-tiba? Karena sekarang adalah tahap penyusunan tesis, saya sering bermasalah dengan penulisan laporan. Setiap kali bimbingan, selalu saja ada banyak coretan dan revisi baik tentang konten maupun tata bahasa.

Itu adalah bukti tertulis betapa kacaunya laporan tesis yang saya buat. Dosen pembimbing saya yang baik hati membutuhkan waktu minimal 1,5 jam hanya untuk mengoreksi 1 lembar tulisan itu. Matilah saya..

Misi Terlaksana

Aku adalah orang yang penuh dengan rencana. Tapi entah kenapa semua rencana selalu tidak terlaksana seperti harapan. Selalu saja ada alasan yang menggagalkan rencana itu.

Tapi tidak hari ini, semua terlaksana dengan sempurna. I’m happy about it and i’m so proud with myself I can execute today’s plan smoothly

08.00 : pergi ke laundry

09.00 : ke salon untuk facial dan hair spa

12.00 : ngerjain tugas ke kampus

14.30 : makan siang dengan teman-teman di burger and grill margonda ( i ate blueberry pancake)

15.30 : ke gramedia ( i bought eliana by tere liye and 9 summers 10 autumns)

Setelah sampai di kos, masih punya tanggung jawab untuk memperbaiki paper. Mari kita kembali mengerjakan tugas dengan bahagia dan wangi mint *kibas-kibas dan pegang-pegang rambut*

Spot in UI

This is view from 3rd library building in my campus, University Indonesia. As you can see, it has a lot of trees. I think UI is very concern about “go green” activities.

Yesterday i was very captivated with the green trees, roof of the buildings, and the blue sky. I borrowed my friend’s handphone to take this picture

TMP Kalibata

Suasana siang hari yang terik di depan Taman Makan Pahlawan Kalibata. Berbeda dengan pemakaman lain yang identik dengan seram, rimbun, dan menakutkan, TMP ini sangat bersih dan terjaga rapi. Mungkin karena disinilah dimakamkan para pahlawan negara Indonesia. Bahkan banyak kegiatan dilakukan di tempat ini, seperti pertunjukan kembang api di malam tahun baru. Di depan TMP ini juga ada tempat jajanan yang terkenal di Jakarta.

Homemade Soap Bubbles

I spotted this colorfull soap bubbles yesterday at car free day. Do you see those green and red color? or the shape of heart, star and circle? so cute

You can make this soap bubbles by yourself using common ingredients in your house. I find this Homemade Bubbles from Kids Domain Main Exchange

1/2 (500 ml) cup dishwashing detergent
4-1/2 (4.5 liter) cup water
4 tablespoons (60 ml) glycerin (available in pharmacies or chemical supply houses)

Measure out the water, detergent, and glycerin into container with a cover and stir gently. Note: The longer you let the mixture set, the larger the bubbles are and the longer they seem to last. Don’t forget to add a dab of food coloring for colorful bubbles.

Car Free Day

Car free day program in Jakarta is held at the first and last weekend every month. It takes places in main avenue of the city, Thamrin and Sudirman streets, or from senayan area to monas from 6am to 12am. The program is aimed for reducing gas emission and facilitating people who want to interact each other. We can see any kind activities in the road, for example morning gymnastics, futsal games, jogging, bicycling, badminton, skate boarding,freestyle biking and musical performances take over the road.

Truly, i planned to capture skycrapper building with blue sky in sudirman streets. But, nature was not in my side. It was cloudy and light rainy. A circular polarizer filter (CPL) borrowing was not really helped. The CPL’s effect is used to increase the contrast and saturation in blue skies and white clouds.

Playing With Lights

Today is raining and i spend my time playing with the lights. I set my lens to manual mode and snap into lights in the road. I add “boost” theme to the picture with lightroom.

I’m afraid with the dark, so i really appreciate the lights. It shows me the way i should be going. Lets find our own lights
